The authors describe the molecular and cellular processes accompanying the immune response in organ transplantation. The given information describes one of the main phase of the immune response – afferent component. Taking into account various research works there are given the clinically significant aspects of immunology of graft rejection that received its appliance in the field of control over rejection processes, ie, immunosuppressive therapy.
