Yanchanka U., Novikov D., Vykhrystsenka L.

A synthetic analogue of the active site of a human highaffinity IgE receptor, peptide p137142FcRI added in vitro to mast cells enhanced the allergeninduced degranulation of mast cells, and injected into the body sensitized animals significantly reduced skin sensitization to allergens and degranulation of mast cells induced by exposure to cause significant allergen reduced allergic inflammation of the bronchi and lungs.
