Interferon-γ (IFN-γ), pentraxin-3 and Natural resistance-associated macrophage protein 1 or Nramp-1 are important molecular elements of defense from M. tuberculosis and Aspergillus fungi , They are determine to chance of emergence invasive lung aspergillosis and lung tuberculosis, determine features their currents, and, to some extent, they are determine difficult of differential diagnostic between the both infection sickness. IFN-γ and Ptx-3 are have a potential profit on the advanced diagnostics and assessment to success of treatment the sickness, but value of that molecular markers for differential diagnostic between invasive lung aspergillosis and lung tuberculosis now is limited.
