Application patch tests for diagnostics of the allergy at patients with intolerance of chrome

The method patch testings with a solution of salt CrCl3 for revealing of a sensitization of an organism to chrome is developed and clinically approved.
Following groups of patients are surveyed: with intolerance çóáîïðîòåçíûõ the materials, having fixed orthopedic designs of artificial limbs (n=43); the control group was made by almost healthy 40 persons.
It is established that the optimal concentration of a solution of salt CrCl3 for statement patch tests are 3 %. Concentration of a solution of salt CrCl3 of 0,5 and 1 % are insufficient for more authentic revealing of an allergy to chrome at patients with intolerance of tooth artificial limbs. At concentration of a solution of salt CrCl3 of 5 % there is a considerable quantity of positive reactions in control group that allows to carry the given concentration to the toxic.
The approach of diagnostics of an allergy offered by us on metals helps to avoid false positive the reactions which have resulted toxicity of salt, used as allergen.
